Hi All,
Had a corgi engineer come in to give us a landlord gas certificate. Said the Megaflow needed 3 outlets (which were originally just tapped off) to have pipework thats run-off to external drain. Did the work but now the heating is not working. No rads are heating up and can't hear normal gush of water as they usually start to heat up.
Hot water is working OK.
He came back and said one of the motor valve needs replacing at cost of 150. Can't help but think its related to the work he's done, it was working fine the day before!
He did add some extra pipes coming off the exansion vession wich now run to the external drain. Could this be the problem?
Have read it could be due to air bubbles being introduced into the system?
Any/all suggestions/ideas appreciated.
