I have a Meile W970 washing machine circa 10 yrs old.
Had gunge in tubes and pipes and removed them all and cleaned them.
Had very occasional red light indicator come on warning of 'check inlet' and machine stopping but generally 99.99% of the time it worked fine.
Now, since replacing all things and having cleaned everything right through with the exception of the inner drum itself when turning on the water fills for approximately 25 seconds and then the warning light flashes the program shuts down and the machine drains. Checked for kinks in pipes, cleaned filters, drain valve the lot so what's the problem I have anyone?
Haven't changed the inlet valves, they run at some £115 which I could ill afford, but don't want to change unless I have to of course. I read it may be the motor brushes so bought a pair and installed them. The old ones were actually fine.
SO what is it - any ideas folks?
