Menvier TS690 panel

Hi,

I have a menvier Ts 690 panel for my burglar alarm.

When I try to get from then 'menu select option: user 1' display, to the 'open (unset) display, by pressing ESC a few times, it actually says PANIC FRONT DOOR CCTV 10 active.

Do you know how I get this to the open screen, which I am after?

I am unable to set any alarms at present, which is not too good as there was a burglary next door a few days ago!

have you tried resetting the panic button ? the little white box at the front door ?

Doesn't that one have a PA wired from the keypad? Maybe a wiring issue.
