Merging floor from removed foundation wall

hi we have removed a foundation wall for a bi fold door. We wanted to know the best way to merge the floors. Should we remove every 2 and stagger? Or should we cut along the line of the joyces(see picture with yellow marking) and just put one piece between.

I'd probably go for your second option in general only using 18mm plywood rather than strips, however to reduce bounce it would be worth cutting a couple of bits of 2 by 4 to the gap and bracing the joists and screwing them. On the other hand If it's easy enough to do so, try to make them continuous by moving the boards along and infilling in other places, then you reduce the chance of a funny bit near the doorway.
Basically depends how much time and wood you want to throw at it.
