Mesh in corners before skim?

Do I need to put mesh tape into the corner edges of the wall I’m about to skim? Also can I skim over the areas I’ve filled with easifill or do I need to pva first?

Yeah
Tape before you skim. Sand smooth then PVA before plaster skim
