Why not start a section just on useful tips or little shortcuts ?

For instance when using a handsaw to cross cut the reflection in the blade of the edge of the timber being cut is a perfect guide to 90 degrees both across the timber and in a vertical plane ( if the wood is horizontal).
A 90 degree reflection gives you 45 degrees.

Using a washer and pencil it's a perfect scribing tool.

A candle run down the thread of a wood crew makes it easier to drive it in .....and take it out.

A candle run along wooden drawer runners underneath makes it slide in and out much easier.

You get the idea !

All in one section makes bit easier to access.

How about an INSURANCE problem page?

OK I admit to having an interest in such matters? at least I have vested interest [as do some others on the board?]

As for the OP yes, yes, yes could assist a lot of contributors and new members wanting "simple" [to most regular contributors] answers.
