Kind Regards, John.
Indeed. What, the "main switch only" one?
Yep, and that, too.Nothing between the main switch and first RCD![]()
Why, oh why, do manufacturers keep changing the 'look' of their CPDs. Makes the B6 look out of place. MK keep doing this too.
Well spotted. Even if the termination were hidded by the pipe, we would surely see some of the course of a conductor going to the MET (CU)? The only posibility I can think of is that the one conductor we can see (which looks a bit small to me) might conceivably connect to the gas pipe somewhere not shown in the picture - but that seems very unlikely.I spy BS951 clamp on the gas pipe, but no bonding conductor. Is it hidden behind the pipe?
I'm a bit confused here - are you saying that what we can see is the service (not consumer) side of the gas supply to a (presumably high level) gas meter?Good spot on the bond clamp, if you look, it is also on the wrong side of the meter. I installed bonding to the water and as my cable passed the gas meter I looped onto a new clamp in the correct location too. Pretty sure I removed that clamp in the end!
