Not the same, but the only thing I can think of are those solid loops you get to loop together neutral bars in some CUs.
He means earth bars with disconnectable links.
What's wrong with just unscrewing the terminals of the incoming earth cable?
It's not hard to do this is it?

But they were usually 2-7ft long!
Sorry Suffolk, I know of no wee ones you can get. As others say it is not that hard to disconnect?!
