Metal 2 Gang light switch not earthing correctly?

Okay, thanks again for your input. You all seem pretty certain it is a bad earth somewhere, so I will go back to the original plan of trying to find it.

I'd be interested in your comments as to why I can feel tha slight buzz when I touch the wall above the switch?

Is it damp?

My thoughts are that if you have earth problems with 3 switches, you could have discontinuity through the whole circuit.

IF you feel confident (AND ONLY IF), get a TWO-POLE multi-voltage tester. At each switch position, put the tester across LIVE & EARTH.

What voltage is the tester showing?
