You tried getting through to correct department necer mind getting someone who can answer?!
Problem is;
three phase supply into building consisting of shop, and two flats. The service head and meters are in the shop, but the shopkeeper dosnt want the tennents to keep going in putting keys in the meters and him having to move his stock!
The place is getting re-wired, so owner is wanting meters along with CUs in the seperate parts (Shop & Flats).
The meter tails would need to be 20M to reach requested position, so an isolator would need fitting.
Because three phase supply where ever servicehead is, is a problem.
Any pointers please???

DNO could loop from the service head to a second service head for the flat in a more suitable location.
