Metrel ?

Hi all
I have recently bought a new Metrel eurotest dl has anyone else used one in the past or currently using one I am having one hell of a time with the software for form filling I have tried the tech guys at metrel but it seems overly complex any input would be welcome right now Iam thinking of putting it on e-bay

Are you trying to save the results into the tester and then download them to your computer to copy and paste them into the certificate?

HI Yes the problem is this is not flexible for my needs I would like to complete my I+T save results then move onto the next installation and download them at the week end print the certs clewar the rsults from memory ready for the next week.However I cannot find a way of identifing each installation seperately as it seems to regard each download as one even if I number the "objects" differenlty the guys at metrel are helpfull but I think they are primarilly sales with a bit of electrical experience but I could be wrong as they get their info from poland or somewhere in the east
I have Seaward supernova we use for appliance testing and the on board software on that is brilliant with the options tab you can set all sorts of headings and test parametres
