Mice

Turns out the mice got into one of the properties 4 doors down then ran along the soffit's into all other 3 houses including mine. I got up into the loft today and as far as I can see there is nothing in between the soffits blocking them off. This is going to be a problem as I have blocked everywhere possible around the house but I cannot stop anyone else from not doing there's. If they get mice then I will more or less get them. Is there any easy way to separate mine from there's without having to take them down to cut a piece of ply in or wire mesh to stop them entering mine ?
