Micro cracks visible in tiles after grouting

Any idea what has caused this or is it a fault with the tile?
Tiles were from homebase

What are the repair options.. remove tiles?
color the grout that has filled the cracks.

They weren't obvious when fitting just the white grout has highlighted them

You could colour the grout, removing the tile might damage others around it.
