Microgenus noises

the problem is the pcb when you have fitted the new one you will see 6 little white pegs on the left of the pcb move 4 5 6 over to the left and it will be fine.

I know of a non-condensing Microgenus, the 27kW model about 5 years old, that occasionally growns when the hot tap is turned off.

Also it come on with whump.

Any ideas?
 
coming on with a thump if gas pressure is correct 11 mb high 3 low then a flame gaurd is fitted to the front of the burner to assist cross lighting on start up,goaning noise are there any deadlegs on the pipework this could cause this.good luck

Groaning. No dead legs. It does it occasionally and only when a tap turned off. It is fed from a tank and the 1" cold feed feeds many flats. It could be that a check valve in the supply may cure it. It thought it may be something to do with the 3-way valve and it is a known problem found by others.

Problems like these are difficult to pin down.
