Hi All,
A potential future project, but I already know I have questions for you guys. Please see attached file which is purely a sketch....
1. Blue lines - Probably the most obvious when you look at the sketch, what is the best way to address the drains to satisfy BC and the Local Water Authority?
2. Callout 1 - Is it common to extend the party wall with neighbours consent so it maximises width and is easier if the neighbour decides to extend the same the is no slither of gap?
3. Green line, to satisfy PD (or Housholder), what is the minimum the green line (garden length) can be?
