Miele KM520 hob internal wiring

Hi all, hope you can help.

I have a Miele KM520 ceramic hob and the simmersat has gone. I can find a replacement for this, but unfortunately there is damage to the terminal going to the element and I can't for the life/ google of me find a replacement wire.

Hope some kind person can help me with a link to a place to purchase this from.
