Miele T277C Tumble Dryer stops on timed drying

Hi

Miele T277C tumble dryer is over 10 years old and has developed a fault.

When using timed drying, it will run for a few minutes then the alarm will sound and it will stop. Just occasionally the dryer will run all the way through, but most times it will stop.

I've looked through other posts and attempted to put it into service mode as described for the T294C but that doesn't seem to work.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this dryer?
