Hi,
I am looking for a technical/service manual for Miele G6100 dishwasher. I have fault code F24, which I believe relates to the heater relay or heater element. Can anybody help? I did see a manual for a much older machine on this forum, but elsewhere I can only find operating manuals.
thank you

Unfortunately Miele were in a word crap at giving me any technical advice when I needed it.

They have their own in house engineers, so despite boiler manufactures and most other manufacturers being helpful.
Miele were so bad I would never buy another of their products, despite the good quality.

You're right—F24 on a Miele G6100 typically indicates a fault with the heater relay or heating circuit, often pointing to a relay stuck open or closed, a failed heating element, or poor solder joints on the control board. Unfortunately, Miele does not publicly release technical or service manuals, especially for newer models like the G6100. They're generally restricted to authorized service providers. That said, some skilled DIYers have had success by inspecting the control board for damaged or cracked solder joints near the heater relay and reflowing them. If you’re confident working with electronics, it's worth opening the control board and checking those connections. Otherwise, contacting a Miele-certified technician may be necessary to diagnose and clear the code properly.
