MIELE WASHING MACHINE STUCK DRUM DOOR

I cannot open the Drum Door to my Miele Washing Machine. The filter is clean and water is drained. This has been a periodic problem with this washer.

Anyone has any idea how to troubleshoot this washer. Manual is almsot silent on the issue.

I have a Miele and it has an electronic system lock. It is to prevent anyone using your machine without your knowledge!!!!!!! In other words, you can't open the door.

Maybe you have activated it by mistake.

Thank you for replying and advising about the Miele Automatic Lock. I do not know if I have that feature on my model. I will check
