Hi,

I need to mill four circles in a kitchen door to fit to my new integrated washing machine.

I don't have a router.

Is it possible to mill holes with some kind of drill bit? If so what is this bit called?

Or will B&Q do this for me?

Cheers,

Assuming these are 35mm holes for hinges then one of these will do the job, best used in a drill press but can be done with a handheld, just don't drill too deep.

or a "drill saw" (google it) can cut freeform holes in chipboard with a decent (fast) power drill.

edit - i thought you might want holes for pipes, but maybe you want recesses (ie not all the way through) in which case these won't be suitable.

as jason has said, but you can make up a jig/template so you can use this to drill exactley where you want to.
