I'm just starting planning for a kitchen and toilet in an outbuilding we are restoring.

It's going to be used for friends, family and holiday lets.

Is there a minimum m2 size for a toilet/shower/sink?

The dimensions are all very tight and we wish to minimise the space taken up with this.

Thanks

My ensuite is 1.65m x 1.65m and that's with a 900mm shower quadrant so with an 800 you could get away with 1.5x1.5m but it would be tight.

Would anybody be able to claim a smaller shower room than the one above? And would it pass building regs????
