Any information much appreciated!
Is there a minimum (or maximum) distance between a kitchen counter and the bottom of a new boiler? Our old boiler (a Potterton with one of those big external flues) was at least 18 inches above the kitchen counter - our new boiler (a Worcester junior 24i) has been fitted (while we were away) less than 12 inches above the counter. Our ceilings are high so there's at least 4 foot above the new boiler. Our kitchen is very small and now there's less workable space. The boiler hasn't been commissioned yet - is it a big job for the plumber to add more pipework and move it up another foot?
Sorry if this is a very silly question but the missus is very annoyed!
thanks all for any advice
