John on the back of the control cartridge before you fit the shower they have an adjustment for high or low pressure feed which is set using a red key that comes with the shower.

thanks Stan, I did read the instruction manual 3 or 4 times and the only mention i could find for the red Quad key was to use when adjusting for exposed or falling pipework.
I can't see anywhere on the back of the unit where i can adjust this. Would i need to open up the control unit to get to it ?

I will have to check it again later. Thanks again.
