I hope it wasn't on a boiler, the plumbers in No. 7 don't like thatI recently fixed an over £100 boiler PCB. The fault, dry joints on the wiring tags.

Yup - Redring. They do ones with a genuine thermostatic control, which really does work when someone turns on the kitchen tap/flushes the loo, or the WM kicks in with a fill, or whatever else causes a sudden drop in water pressure at the shower. My instinct is yes, any alternative brands?

That's a mixer.Ban: My Aqualisa Midas 300 is like that: great!
I meant electric. But did you mean a mixer shower? Or an electric shower?

Except it seems to be a common delight for shower designers to make the internal arrangements different each time so that existing pipes and wires are in the wrong places.
It is good that they have seen sense.Mira have assured me the new Sport range have the same incoming supply positions as the old.
I'd choose one on the basis of my experience, which of course is not statistically significant.Have Redring showers got better?
In the early days, their build quality and reliability were horrendous.
Would you choose one of these over a Mira Sport?
