Bought a mirror from Ikea a while back.
The mirror is stuck to the wooden frame by a clear sealant, which has come off so the mirror is loose
Is there a special glue I can use to stick the mirror back on the wooden frame?
use a clear mastic sealant. The mirror has become loose probably due to the expansion of the wood. Use a glue and it could end up cracking the mirror as it expands or contracts taking part of the mirror with it
Be a bit careful here. If you use ordinary silicone or no nails, it will probably pull off the silvering to the back of the mirror. Mirror Mate won't, that is what it is for.
