Mobile Phones - undelivered messages

I don't suppose any of you might know, if you send a message from your mobile phone but the delivery fails, do you get charged for it?

I have a new phone and none of my messages are delivering! Can't be @rsed to phone Vodafone!

You pay to send...But if you are sending & are either not connected or sending to BUM No.s they will be failed & no charge.

Who cares if they are not received, your SP wont
