Mobile Radiators

Hi

Having a loft conversion and I will be buying one of those mobile oil filled Radiators, they have 1.5kw, 2kw, 3kw. Just wondering what I will need for a 16ft x 15ft room.

Proberbly a lot more than the biggest oil rad it its a loft conversion and its cold and dark outside.

cant put a proper rad up there as the water is on the next level down.
any other suggestions, open to ideas.

will that work, i thought the water wouldnt pump around as the rad is higher.
