Moisture board tape help please

Really appreciate some advice please.
I will be tiling onto tapered moisture board in a bathroom part metal stud wall and part dot and dab.
My question is about taping the joints. Which tape/scrim would you recommend as I have seen orange fibre glass mesh self adhesive dry wall tape or EuroScrim. A mate has said tape then tile as you go around the bathroom with no need to prep the tape just put your tile adhesive on it, would that be ok?

Just tape up with the fibreglass, self adhesive tape. it would be wise to only tape areas you are immediately working on, as they do tend to fall off, after not so long periods.
