can the water supplier not help you, essex & suffolk water they have contractors that work for them
Sadly I can't get past the first contact person who says, 'Our guidelines are for trenching', so trying to get put onto one of their contractors isn't going to happen. Will be keeping an eye out for one of their vans so I can cut out the official response and talk to a man who knows!
