I have a monobloc tap I fitted in the bathroom.

All worked well for a few weeks then a leak was noticed- very fine spray
coming out of flexihose.

2nd flexihose was refitted (assumed original damaged in original fitting) some weeks later very similar leak occurs!!

Both times this has been with the cold water side of the monobloc, co-incidence ?

I assume water pressure is flexing hose when in use and overtime causing degradation in flexi hose..

HOW DO I FIX THIS (FOR MORE THAN A FEW WEEKS)??

Think you've just been unlucky. Should work up to 15bar which is most likely well above your incoming supply.

Make sure you have long radius bends and have not installed it with sharp twists and turns. They are 'flexi' but not that flexi :)
