Lol, really??If that is the case and money is no problem, why doesn't this government spend unlimited money on the health service, welfare and tax cuts for the rich ect.

I'll humour you this time.
Firstly, they've just tried to cut taxes for the rich as you put it and had too much political pushback. Or maybe the 45p rate cut was the 'sacrificial lamb' to get the rest through; maybe we'll never know.
Secondly, if you have to ask why properly resourcing and funding the best possible NHS, social care, education, infrastructure etc. isn't a political priority for the current lot (and the previous lot) then you really haven't been paying attention for a very long time.
