There was also an article by Steve Hole editor of TKC mag on the subject and ref was made to CCK the article in question was titled

There was also an article in total kit car from the MD of GBS on attempting to get his cars into France prior to Brexit , he gave up due to the hoops and scoops he had to attempt to jump through

We are always surprised at how many small manufacturers there are still today across Europe. There are currently 78 companies in our database that are in contact with us and have very different requirements. From amphibious conversions to off-road electric small series specials to super sports cars and much in between, even with 3 wheels!

Here we endeavor to support these companies to the best of our knowledge with an expert opinion in accordance with §13 EG-FGV and in order to obtain an individual approval in accordance with Article 45 (national) or Article 44 (European) of Regulation (EU) 2018/858. We have always succeeded in this in the past, even with the most ambitious projects!

Most manufacturers have signed very strict confidentiality agreements with us. These allow little to no detailed information about our ongoing projects!

But this much can be revealed that we are now not only active in England, but throughout Europe including Germany!

We are currently involved, at least in some areas, in a super sports car project that aims to set the current Hockenheim sports car record! In total, we are currently working on 11 extremely ambitious projects!

Building a car is exactly that. Usually done by a small or large company.

Modifying is altering a current car.

Basic stuff.
