in the short term he is doing what it says on those hats, he is sorting out the immigration problem (which I’m jealous of) , he is also stopping his country being over reliant on others, i wish we could do the same.

But sadly he is building his economy on cheap oil and gas (which will be disastrous long term) And his bullying will also only provide only short term gains, if he continues, we will all walk away and cut ties, and he does need our trade.

I still think his strategies will work well for the US over the next 2 or 3 years - and we (as in europe) will suffer very badly, to the point we may collapse, I see a very difficult future unfolding. trump is an utter nightmare

American agricultural is heavily reliant on migrant workers. 70% of America's farm workers are from overseas, 40% of those were in the country illegally, but ICE have been indiscriminate when detaining people for deportation and many who are in the country legally are being deported.
Farmers are struggling to replace migrant workers and they are already seeing huge labour shortages and $millions lost due to crops not being picked.

I wouldn't be jealous.
