We had a garage conversion recently done (6 months ago). Mould has formed on only one small bit of (non painted) skirting in the internal entrance door area. There was a small bookcase against this skirting. There is an electric radiator in the garage conversation, whereas the house has a regular heating system. I suspect that the warm air from the house is forming condensation on this usually covered area, when the heating is not on in the garage. Wanted to sense check this as never had any mould in the house before, been here 8 years
