B&Q do a reasonably priced Ravenheat combi which is on special offer at the moment. You could get this baby installed and commissioned for £1200 (plus VAT) - a snip!

Don't buy a ravenheat whatever you do mate.
 
Talk to the technical dept. of the boiler manufacturer.They should be better able to help you.

as has been said it should be no hassle to install a verticle flue
