Great, they get almost £1k a year and those doing the real work at the sharp end on £17k get SFA.

I was going to say, do they have no morals. But of course we already know they don't.

That is a Job advertised, most MP's are parachuted into a constituency by the party it's no good whinging you ain't getting enough cash when you volunteer to do a job and you know full well the terms and conditions .
If you don't you wtf are you doing there.

It's a vocation not just a job. You need an interest in political life and the brightest lights are put up by their party for preselection. 200 workers for the BBC earn more than the Prime Minister. Crozier (Royal Mail) earns a £million a year. An MP earns £64K. Even a head teacher earns £80k. It's madness. Like it or not the MPs run your country and should be remunerated for so doing.
