Multi burning stove location ? Help

Hi there, i am buying a stove soon and have a problem with it location, i want to put it in the flat roof extension. This backs onto next doors patio.

There is no chimney.
First question is, do i take the flew straight up and through the roof or do i go half way up the wall and then out at an angle ?

Then when i am outside what do i do, i need to get across the flat roof to the main house wall so i can go up on that and get above that roof.

Any suggestions?

ask building control when you notify them.. a wood burning stove requires notification..
