hi guys-anyone got any experience of using multipanel-or similar waterproof wall boarding in a shower?looking at a job for a customer and they like the idea,will price up accordingly but just wondered if anyone had used it and how good they found it (or not)

It's essential. There's no excuse for tiling over ply next to a shower, as so many people, (including professionals) still do. Not sure what multipanel is, I expect it's the same as aquapanel, available from Wickes. Relatively easy to cut, an old hardpoint saw should do it.

hi del,thanks for your reply.
different animal to aquapanel,i usually stud wall/aquapanel/tank/tile but this customer wants this stuff-it actually replaces tiles as the waterproof surface,i'd prob still aquapanel and tank the area for peace of mind.
