My Boiler is broken, can someone help with any thoughts

Hello,
This is my first post and i hope someone can help. I have a vokara excel that is only giving me heating to the radiators and not the hot water taps. The dial does not work on hot water only. when it is on heating and hot water sometimes it will heat the hot water tap. Can any one help, do i need a new boiler or can this be repaired. Could not ask for a worst time of year for this to happen. Just moved in 3 months ago.

i would suspect your dhw flowswitch diaphragm is split... cheap easy fix.

A service would not go amiss. It is common practice to change the diaphragm during service.
