My coffee machine is acting weird

My Delonghi Dinamica ECAM350.15.B suddenly started to act strange. As soon as I plug it in, without even having to turn it on from the top button, it just starts to pump water from the water tank into the drip tray. And it's nothing else I can do on it. Would anyone have any idea what could be the issue? I've attached a video link.

What happens when you disconnect the activate button on the front? I wonder if it on all the time? Front button problem.
Pull a wire or plug and so its definitely off then switch on.
