Anyone knows how can I move all my favourites links into my new laptop without having to do it one by one?

Assume you are using Internet Explorer. If so you can save your favourites to disk or usb stick by exporting and import to new system
In IE click on file / Import Export. A wizard dialogue box will open and you will need to follow the instructions and save your favourites to your chosen destination - you can also export cookies.
On your new system select file Import Export again and choose to import from your disk or usb
