My new potterton promax goes bang!

My new potterton occasionally go bang!
The promax 24/2 HE plus fitted in Nov 07 also suffers from explosive ignition.
1st visit. new electrodes
2nd visit. new electrodes
3rd visit. everything replaced that that could possibly be faulty

It still continues to go bang

Presumably they checked the combustion gases with an analyser?
Have you had a new gas valve?
Has anyone accused your gas meter pressure regulator of being faulty, or the gas pipe undersized?
How long is the flue and has anyone had it to bits?

If I aint mistaken the Promax is a Baxi solo with a different pair of pants on, dont think either of the commision instructions call for a FGA during commisioning, but but would be worth doing seeming as it has probs, think the Baxi originally had ignition probs and needed some sort of upgrade.
