My Towel Rail will only work on the electric!:-(

Hi, I have moved to a new flat about 12 months ago and the towel rail worked perfectly, however now it has stopped coming on when the other radiators are on.

The only way that I can get it to work is putting it on through the electric.

The two copper pipes into the bottom of the rail are stone cold. Also I have tried bleeding it and water came out straight away!

Any help would be appreciated to help this useless woman out!

Turn off all the other working radiators and see if the towel rail heats up.
