naff supajet shower

hi guys-got a problem with an old supajet 101 12v power shower-really bad flow if at all-checked incoming supplies,filters and pump all ok-only other thing i can think of is somebody in their wisdom has piped the outlet in 15mm copper to fixed overhead spray head-do these power showers need the right shower head to work as per electric showers?

The 15mm pipe should be fine as a hose is the similar diameter but depending on the size of the overhead rose that could well be your problem.

If it comes with a handset as standard god knows why they changed it.

Other than that the pump impellor might be worn
