Just about to nail down my new hardwood floor and have managed to hire a PNI portanailer with 38mm cleats.
What should I do about face nailing the firs/last couple of boards? I don't think you can hire face nailing machines, so I will probably have to do by hand. Is there any sort of special nail I need and any technique I should adopt?
Any general advice on nailing the wood down would be much appreciated.
