Name of fitting

Hi helpers, I had some doors hanged recently but I didnt buy those "things" that are screwed to the door frame over the hole where the doors are latched
I know you can buy them in a pack with handles etc but all I want is to buy them separately
So my Q is what is the name of them ? Then I will be able to search for them

Strike plate or striking plate.

They normally are included when you buy a latch.
