Narrow wooden window reveal finishing

Similar to a recent posted question.

Asking for advice on how to finish the plasterboarding to a narrow window reveal. I have attached pictures of how it is without the wall plasterboarded and then with a small section for reference. How do I finish the exposed wooden section that will remain?

why not run a timber detail on that part?
make a feature out of the problem.
