Yes it does they were unfunded. The reason they are higher now is that the Tories cannot control inflation.
They just pile the **** higher and higher.

If a country needs doctors, how does allowing 1000's of people who aren't doctors to enter the country solve the shortage of doctors.
You seem to draw a distinction between foreign money and foreign migrants.

All round, the lack of control over the influence of foreign money and migration seem to have had a negative affect on the social fabric of the UK.
