We've just moved into a property
We've got a British Gas 330 boiler and an RC1

I can't get it to work!
The previous owners had Homecare 200 all the time - so I know it should have been working
(+ they signed documents saying that everything was working fine when selling the house!)

Does anyone have a manual?
I've searched the internet high and low and can't find manuals for either ANYWHERE!

ALSO, should I go with British Gas? Do I really need an annual service?
How about going with someone else like NPower?

All replies would be great!

Thanks

Everywhere? There is a copy of the British Gas 330 (GC 41 047 75) at ********

thanks for the link
i've come across a few places like that where u have to pay! :)
i don't mind paying - i guess i'll end up doing so in the end

it's just that, in my humble opinion, the manual should be freely available
i don't think it's a commodity that should be traded
