Need advice on correct shower fittings - //PICS attached

Hi all, after a recent refurb we left the hot and cold pipes protruding and simply put some valves on (see below):

The old shower was an Aqua Lisa however I am having difficulty purchasing a new shower with the right type of connectors. All the ones seem to have these (see below) :

Can I just purchase some kind of push-fits to the existing pipes or do I need to remove my new tiles? Obviously, I do not want to have to remove the new tiles and would prefer an easier way. I would really appreciate any tips or advice on what shower connections I need.

It is a Triton Altair but I can send it back for something else if needs be. Thanks

Sorry, I do not understand the last comment? I bought it from Screwfix. Do they sell some kind of coupling or push-fit that will do the job? Thanks
